At approximately 9:30 pm Quint 46 was dispatched to assist station 61 on a Commercial building fire on Germantown Pike. Shortly after dispatch the working fire dispatch was requested. Station 46 was alerted for a building fire at the 1000 block of N Montgomery Ave, around 2:30 pm. Captain 61-2 arrived first with smoke and fire showing and the working fire dispatch was then transmitted bringing mutual aid companies. Assistant 46 arrived and held command of the incident. Crews from Quint 46 and Quint 27 worked together to extinguish the fire.
